FAQ

Q: Can I still make an appointment by telephone?
A: No. The use of the “Call Centre” has been discontinued so this service no longer exists.

Q: Do I have to make my appointment at the Testing Centre personally?
A: Yes. The law requires that your eyes be tested every time that you make an application for either a Driver’s- or Learner’s Licence test – irrespective of how recent your previous application was. This implies that no-one else may do it on your behalf.

Q: Can I make the appointment on a Saturday?
A: No. The Testing Centres are only open from Mondays to Fridays, except on public holidays.

Q: Is it advisable to go to the Testing Centre after school to make the appointment?
A: No. Since they are only open between 08:00 and 15:00 to make appointments you may be too late.

Q: Does A-Plus Driving School make use of certified Instructors?
A: Yes. Our instructors are medically qualified and tested on a yearly basis to obtain their Instructor Certificates.

Q: Does A-Plus Driving have vehicles for training and test purposes?
A: Yes

Q: Can I use my own vehicle for training and test purposes?
A: Yes

Q: Do I have to pay more if I use an A-Plus Driving School Vehicle?
A: No

Q: Where does A-Plus Driving give their parking training?
A: We have our own grounds which are laid out according to the Testing Ground’s specifications. We can train at least 3 students simultaneously on our grounds.

Q: Do I need to bring my learners licence with each lesson?
A: Yes, by law you are not allowed to drive at all without your learners licence.
